We Love You, Cleveland… But Please Stay Put

by Admin - Posted 18 minutes ago

Let’s talk for a minute about the calls and website hits we’ve been getting. So lately, we’re getting phone calls and noticing website traffic from confused shoppers several hours away. Cleveland, Sandusky, even from parts of Michigan, all showing interest in Cincinnati Auto Credit. Unfortunately for them, these interested car shoppers often end up walking away empty handed. Mostly because our vehicles are at least several hundred miles away.

We can understand how it could be confusing to figure out where a business named “Cincinnati Auto Credit” might be located and apologize for any inconvenience. And while we’re flattered by the interest, truly we are, it’s time for a little friendly geography lesson.

Here’s the deal: we mostly serve Cincinnati, southern and central Ohio, northern Kentucky and eastern Indiana. That’s our home turf. That’s where we know the roads, know the weather, know when the Bengals will sneak past (yep, still hopeful). But when someone from three or more hours away calls and asks, “Can you help me get a car today?” Well, we can try, but we kind of can’t magically teleport one of our car lots.

The thing is, if the city council and mayor are still trying to figure out who sits at the police chief’s desk downtown, we can’t guarantee you that we’ll be able to figure out how to deliver your car all the way up to Cleveland on the same day. But if you’re planning a trip soon, maybe to visit your old friend Joe Flacco in his new digs, we invite you stop in and see us. We can’t promise that one of our bridges on the way into town won’t be on fire, but that’s more of a problem for our friends in Kentucky.

So here’s the invitation: If you live in our region, and we mean the lovely tri-state area, we’ve got you. If you happen to live in the city at the northern side of the state commonly known as “the mistake by the lake” (not our words) or from parts even further away, we appreciate the interest, we really do. But maybe keep us in mind when you’re planning your next road trip to Cincinnati.

TLDR/ Short version: Great cars, solid financing, people who actually live here and know what chili is. For those finding us online who are in the “three-hour drive” club, unfortunately we can’t move our car lots any closer to serve you quicker. Thanks for understanding, thanks for reading. And if you’re local come on down, we’ll treat you right.
